The Circle-issued USDC will be integrated natively in the Arbitrum platform, serving as its official version and replacing the existing bridged version from Ethereum that is currently in circulation. As the launch of native USDC approaches on June 8th, block explorers will refer to the Ethereum-bridged version as “USDC.e”, and app UI and documentation updates will be communicated to ecosystem apps for consistency.
