Hardware Wallet Startup Ledger Raises $109 Million in Funding Round and Achieves $1.3 Billion Valuation

Ledger, a Paris-based startup specializing in crafting hardware wallets for investors to securely store their digital assets, has closed the majority of its funding round at first close, raising a total of €100 million ($109 million). Amid industry turbulence, the company’s success has resulted in a valuation of roughly €1.3 billion, on par with its last funding round in June 2021.

A second close is scheduled for mid-April, and a third is likely, given the significant level of investor interest in the company.
