ConsenSys zkEVM ready for public testnet launch

On March 28th, 2023, ConsenSys will make its zkEVM rollup, which is the Ethereum Virtual Machine equivalent, available to the public testnet. After years of research and development by ConsenSys R&D, the zkEVM offers unparalleled scalability and performance.

The innovative lattice-based prover used in the zkEVM provides market-leading performance in proof generation, resulting in low transaction fees.

ConsenSys zkEVM also offers rapid finality, high throughput, and the security of Ethereum settlement. The EVM equivalence makes it simple to migrate existing apps with minimal modifications.
