These partnerships will enable easier onboarding and round-the-clock support in Portuguese for the Brazilian populace. Moreover, Brazilians will have greater accessibility to Coinbase account openings and crypto purchases with the Brazilian real. Coinbase’s presence in Brazil initially began with the establishment of a tech hub in 2021, which has now seen a remarkable growth of 40 employees by June 2022 after the launching of services for the public.
