Binance Holdings Ltd., which holds the distinction of being the biggest digital currency exchange across the globe, along with its Chief Executive Officer Changpeng Zhao, have been sued by the US Commodity Futures Trading Commission on the grounds of purportedly violating trading and derivatives regulations. The CFTC lodged the lawsuit in a federal court in Chicago on Monday.
