This update follows BlackRock’s recent filing for a spot bitcoin ETF. Nasdaq, the listing exchange for BlackRock, has expressed its willingness to establish a surveillance-sharing agreement with a bitcoin spot trading platform. Last week, VanEck, which resubmitted its application for a spot bitcoin ETF, also included the intention to include such an agreement.
